The best thing for me about CX roles is the possibility to encounter people from all walks of life and embracing that diversity. Truly, there’s no substitute for human bond and here at FlightCX, you have so many opportunities to meet and work with people from all over the world
Biggest learning in my career.
It’s all about balance. At the beginning of my career, I had a hard time saying no; however, as I began developing my career, I realized that creating boundaries was imperative to build good professional relationships and to have a good work-life balance. It’s okay to say no. It’s necessary to showcase the best of your qualities and that’s not possible if your plate is beyond full
Proudest moment of my career.
In my first role as an Email Marketer, I was able to increase the number of the subscriber by 126%, from 190 subscribers to 431 in only three months. Also, on average, I achieved an open rate of 58.4%, which is pretty high for an email marketing campaign
Ambitions for the future.
I consider myself a very versatile person. I have a passion for Marketing and Project Management. In the future, I plan to complement my Marketing and International Strategic Management dual degree with a Master’s Degree in Project Management so that one day I could be the director of Marketing at a successful company that puts people first. It would be very rewarding for me to work with a brand and develop marketing teams that can revolutionize processes at a brand for the better
